Oct 24, 2013 I am using Citrix Receiver in Mountain Lion (soon to try Mavericks!) and the latest CR 11.8.2 - I cannot understand why the Full Screen option is greyed out? I understand I can only send command like ALT + TAB to the windows machine if the Citrix Receiver on the Mac is full screen. Jan 9, 2018 - The evolution of high resolution displays is a perfect example of this fact. The simplest answer is that without DPI scaling, your high-resolution. The rest of the work — was to modify the Citrix Receiver for Windows client to. This issue occurs because the Outlook team fixed a bug to respect the setting “Print using grey shading”. Outlook 2016 for mac print in black and white. The issue occurs on Outlook 2016 versions 8901.XXXX and higher. Dear all, we're having some minor issues with MacBooks 12' and the latest Citrix Receiver v12. When launching published applications or published desktops the fonts are a little bit blurry and don't seem to be displayed in the MacBook's display native resolution (2304x1440, 16:10). It seems that the Citrix session's resolution is 1280x800 instead. I now this sounds quite picky but we're having a lot of users who quite serious about that and I'd like to solve that. Is there a way to ensure that the Citrix session's resolution is similar to the MacBook's display native resolution, i.e. A pixel per pixel display? Any help would be greatly appreciated Alex. Alexander, could you clarify what versions of XD/VDA agent do you use at resources side? We had similar problems on XD7.6 VDI with blurred graphics till moment of patch VDA agent 7.6.5026 with two hotfixes (ICAWS760WX64026, ICAWS760WX64029) and after to upgrade it up to latest version VDA 7.6.300 Leonid Thing is that the actual native display resolution of the MacBook 12' Display is 2304x1440 px. When launching a published Desktop in Full Screen mode it always locks in at 1280x800 px max within the HDX session. Thus everything looks a little bit blurry. There is no way I can opt for the MacBook's Retina Display native resolution. Any way to adjust this? I have used a workaround, maybe it's something that's acceptable for you. My situation: MacBook Pro 13' Retina with display settings scaled to 1440 x 990. What I did, was start the Citrix session.then in the Dock, right click on the Citrix Viewer app, Options -> Show in Finder. Then you will see the Citrix Viewer binary, right click on it -> Get Info, then select the button in the General area, that's called: Open in low resolution. Then I disconnected the session, reconnected and now my blurriness is gone, though it is not really as crisp as it was on my previous MacBook Air, but a lot clearer than the blurriness I've had before. I hope this helps. Format usb for mac and pc. Regards, Chris.
