You might be better off with a data locker to share with people that prevents copying, printing, etc. You can block copying to usb on your computers you control, but you can't exactly block copying from usb to your computers or anyone's computers if the file can be read. So you have to put it in a state where the user can't read the file unless they have access to. With some encryption softwares you can put a time limit on being able to use their passkey.say until 6/30/2016. Then the file becomes completely inaccessible. Look at symantec dlp.
